Temporary Shipping Procedure

Canada Post has announced that a national strike will begin effective immediately. We will temporarily be switching to private courier services to ship online orders for the duration of the strike

During this time, we will be utilizing Canpar and UPS (based on the best rate to your area) to ensure deliveries continue to reach our customers as quickly and conveniently as possible.

SHIPPING PRICES

Due to the increased cost of shipping with private couriers, we will temporarily be removing our free shipping over $199 promotion. However, we will be keeping our regular flat rate shipping prices the same across Canada:

• Ontario – $14.95
• Quebec – $12.95
• All Other Provinces – $19.95

PLEASE NOTE:

• To avoid packages being left at the door, all online orders will be shipped with a signature required.
• Due to the pickup scheduling of the courier services, online orders will be shipped out the next business day.
• We can not ship to PO boxes at this time.

We will continue to ship all online orders as quickly as possible but due to an increase in shipping volume with the private couriers, customers might experience slight delays regardless of the which company is used.

LOCAL PICKUP

For local customers, our free local pickup option upon checkout will of course still be available to you.
