Sealed products (boxes, packs, and cases) are final sale to ensure product integrity.

Pre-orders are final sale and cannot be canceled or refunded once placed.

Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
2. Eligible Returns

Singles, memorabilia, and supplies may be eligible for return within 7 days of purchase.

Items must be in their original condition, unopened, and unused.

A valid proof of purchase (receipt, order confirmation) is required.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

Placing a pre-order does not guarantee product availability if our supplier reduces allocations.
