3. Shipping

  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and package weight.

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery times vary depending on the carrier.

  • Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email.

4. In-Store Pickup

  • Free in-store pickup is available at our Sainte-Catherine and McMasterville locations.

  • You will receive a notification when your order is ready for pickup. Please bring a valid ID and your order confirmation.

5. Returns & Exchanges

  • All sealed product sales (boxes, packs, cases) are final to preserve product integrity.

  • Singles, memorabilia, and supplies may be eligible for return within 7 days if unopened/unused and in original condition.

  • Proof of purchase is required for all returns.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

  • If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue.

  • We will work with you to arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund depending on the situation.

7. Pre-Orders

  • Pre-orders are charged at the time of purchase to reserve your product.

  • Release dates are subject to change by the manufacturer.

  • Pre-orders are final sale and non-refundable.

8. Gift Cards

  • Gift cards purchased from Cartes Sportives Rive Sud are redeemable online and in-store.

  • They are final sale and cannot be refunded or exchanged for cash.
