The 2025-26 Upper Deck MVP Silver Collection Hockey delivers a premium upgrade to the very first hockey card release of the 2025-26 season.
Available exclusively at the Upper Deck Certified Diamond Dealer Convention, held January 6–8 in Universal City, California, the Silver Collection elevates the standard MVP set by featuring a full holographic finish on every base card, an expanded base checklist, and additional rookie parallels not found in the regular MVP product.
The checklist mirrors the base MVP set and begins with 200 veteran cards, followed by 50 short-printed cards, including 20 additional veterans and 30 rookies.
Due to the early release date of Upper Deck MVP (July 2025), many 2025-26 rookies are unable to appear, as NHL players must have played an official league game before being featured on trading cards.
To address this, Upper Deck expanded the MVP Silver Collection with 25 additional cards, allowing select young stars to be included. Rookies appearing in this expanded portion of the checklist also feature exclusive parallel versions.
Exclusive Silver Collection Parallels
These parallels are limited exclusively to the 25-card expanded checklist and each features a facsimile aluminum signature on the front, making them standout chase cards for collectors.
